TENTATIVE REHEARSAL/PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE and POLICIES

• By the end of the rehearsal on Friday, January 11 you will know what specific scenes/songs/dance we will be rehearsing for the week of Jan. 14 - 18
• By the end of school day on Friday, January 18 you will know what specific scenes/songs/dances we will be rehearsing every day for the rest of the rehearsal period.
• Once you audition, you are not permitted to make any additional conflicting commitments for days that you need to be here. NO EXCEPTIONS. Plan ahead with a schedule in hand.
• You are not permitted to miss, be late for or leave early from any Mandatory rehearsal/work session/performance for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you know in advance that there is a conflict, do not audition.  If you miss a mandatory rehearsal/work session for any reason, you will jeopardize your involvement in the show -- regardless of the size of your role.
• You MUST print this schedule out and turn it in when you sign in for your song/monologue audition.  If you have no conflicts, then you turn it in with NO CONFLICTS checked below.  Whether you have conflicts or not, you and your parent MUST both sign below indicating that you have:

          -- gone over the rehearsal schedule together in written down all potential conflicts

          -- that you will schedule no further conflicts with rehearsals/work sessions/performances

          -- that you will work together to arrange for you to arrive at least 5 minutes before starting times and that you will be picked up in a timely manner

          -- that you understand that being involed in a theatrical production is a huge time commitment involving long hours and, when we get to the final weeks, very

              late hours. Obviously, those with larger roles or who are part of the dance corps will be here more often than others but most cast members can expect   

              to be at rehearsal at least three times a week  -- and having a small role is never an excuse for missing a rehearsal.

REHEARSAL/TECH SCHEDULE

From this point on, all rehearsals are MANDATORY for cast, crew and pit band.

Being absent for any reason at all (regardless of how legitimate it may seem) may jeopardize your position in the show.
